Are Jupiter Jade bracelets authentic Pandora?
Most Jupiter Jade bracelets begin with an authentic Pandora 925 sterling silver bracelet base.
When a bracelet includes an authentic Pandora bracelet, it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Are the charms and beads Pandora brand?
Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, the charms and beads are not Pandora brand.
We use Pandora-inspired high-quality European-style, Pandora-compatible charms and beads that offer a beautiful, elegant look at a more affordable price.
What types of charms do you use?
Our bracelets may include a curated mix of 925 sterling silver charms, 14k gold plated charms, 22k gold plated charms, two-tone silver and gold plated charms, polished silver-tone charms, Murano glass beads, faceted glass beads, crystal accents, rhinestones, and other beautifully detailed compatible charms.
Because each bracelet is uniquely styled, the exact charms, beads, materials, and bracelet base may vary by design. The specific details for each bracelet will always be clearly stated in the individual listing description.
Will these charms fit Pandora bracelets?
Yes, the charms and beads we use are European-style charms designed to be compatible with Pandora-style charm bracelets.

How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Charm bracelets fit smaller once charms and beads are added. For the most comfortable fit, we recommend sizing up from your wrist measurement to allow room for the charms.

Why do charm bracelets fit tighter?
Charms and beads take up space on the bracelet, which reduces the inside fit.
A bracelet that fits comfortably without charms may feel tighter once fully styled, so sizing up is recommended. Please check our Sizing Guide for sizing-up recommendations and tips to help you choose the best fit.
Can I request a custom bracelet?
Yes! Custom bracelet requests are always welcome! If I have the charms and beads available to match your specific theme, color palette, or style request, I would be happy to create a custom charm bracelet for you. For highly requested themes or charms, I may also be able to source additional pieces in the future.
Can I request a less chunky bracelet?
Yes. If you prefer a less full look, you can request a bracelet with fewer charms or beads.
Another option is to purchase a full bracelet and remove charms so you have extras to switch out and style differently.
Do you include rubber stoppers?
Rubber stoppers are included with all bangle-style bracelets to help keep charms securely in place. For snake chain bracelets, rubber stoppers are available upon request and are especially helpful if you prefer a less full bracelet or would like to space out your charms.
Do bracelets come with Pandora packaging?
Yes! All authentic Pandora bracelets include authentic Pandora packaging, which includes the bracelet box with tissue paper, the Pandora gift bag, and Pandora print gift tissue for the bag. Packaging details will also be clearly stated in each individual listing.
Are the bracelets one-of-one?
Some Jupiter Jade bracelets are one-of-one or limited-style designs, and this will always be noted in the listing. Some styles may have multiple quantities available, or you may see a design that looks very similar to another with slight differences. These small variations usually happen when a specific bead or charm is no longer available, so the design is adjusted while keeping the same overall style and look.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photo?
The bracelet shown in the listing photo is the style you will receive. For larger bracelet sizes, one or two additional beads may be added when needed for the best overall fit and appearance. For smaller bracelet sizes, some charms or beads may need to be removed from the bracelet, but all charms shown in the listing photos will still be included with your order. Any extra pieces will be carefully packaged and shipped with your bracelet.
What happens if I order a larger bracelet size?
For larger bracelet sizes, one or two additional beads may be added when needed to keep the bracelet balanced and full-looking.
What happens if I order a smaller bracelet size?
For smaller bracelet sizes, some charms or beads may need to be removed from the bracelet for the best fit.
Any removed pieces will be packaged carefully and included with your order unless otherwise stated.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may return an item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is in its original condition and includes all original packaging and order contents.

Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to an error on our end or the shipment was received damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

How fast do you respond to messages?
We respond to all messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
How often are new bracelets added?
New bracelets are added often. Check back frequently for new ready-to-wear designs, bangles, heart clasp bracelets, beachy styles, seasonal pieces, and custom-inspired looks.
