Need to make a return?
Email us at poshjupiterjade@gmail.com and we will send over your Return Authorization, also known as an RA number, to get the process started.
Return Window
You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
Return Requirements
All returns must be in their original condition and include all packaging, as well as all contents of the original order.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- All charms, beads, bracelet pieces, and order contents must be returned together.
- A Return Authorization number is required before sending back a return.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to an error on our end or the shipment was received damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact us immediately at
